Fathom ("the Service") is a financial intelligence MCP server operated by Fathom FYI. The Service provides data synthesis and market context tools for AI agents and trading applications. Fathom does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All output is informational context intended to supplement, not replace, your own analysis and decision-making.
Nothing provided by Fathom constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of Fathom's output as such. Fathom does not recommend any specific investments, securities, or trading strategies. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and any losses that result from them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. Do not share your API key publicly. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your key. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@fathom.fyi.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal accessible from our website. Upon cancellation, your API key will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute Fathom data without permission; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, compromise, or attack the Service; (c) use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in illegal activity; (d) exceed your tier's rate limits through technical circumvention.
Fathom aggregates data from third-party sources including CoinGecko, DeFiLlama, Deribit, FRED, Alternative.me, Mempool.space, Yahoo Finance, and Open-Meteo. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Third-party source outages or errors may affect Fathom's output.
Fathom is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Fathom FYI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
